The views from the pool at Casa Verde are amazing, a panorama of the Alpujarran foothills stretching down the valley to the sierras of Gador and the Contraviersa. An extremely private sun terrace is located to the rear of the house where steps lead up to the large pool surrounded by almond trees.
This light and airy casita is open-plan with a well equipped free-standing kitchen with 5 ring hob, sunny bedroom area with mosaic tiled shelving, comfortable sofas for relaxing on and a central dining area. A separate beamed bathroom with feature stonework has ample storage, a washbasin, WC and shower.
Two sets of french windows connect with the outdoors, one leading onto the parking area to the front of the house whilst the second opens onto the rear terrace. Here you’ll find sunbeds, gas barbecue and an outdoor dining space with table and chairs in addition to the old stone steps leading to your 2000 square meter top terrace.
Casa Verde is located on the same plot of land as Cuesta Vinas but both have their own private terraces, pools and gardens. There is a Washing Machine for your use, this is shared with Cuesta Vinas.
Situated in a small hamlet famed for its naturally carbonated spring water just 2 km out of the village of Valor, (a gentle 30 minute stroll), the casita is perched on the hillside amongst the trees and offers peace and tranquility without being remote.
There is a naturally carbonated spring located just 5 minutes walk from the house where you can replenish the provided water containers.
Please be aware that this house is located in mountainous countryside making it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility.
